A Global vs Local Mindset
The body is a complex system where one segment never works isolated from the rest. Understanding and identifying causative factors to pain and dysfunction allows for full-spectrum healing and recovery.
Preventative Care
Thinking ahead of the curve and adopting a preventative mindset will enable us to perform at a high level, for a long time.
Behind the curtains.

A hands-on effort to communicate with the nervous system in order to open a window of opportunity for greater movement abilities
Taking advantage of that neurological window to correct and replace old movement patterns in order to optimize performance
Motor Pattern Re-Learning
How it happens.
METHODOLOGY
The process of actions that makes up how the treatments will look, and how we achieve our outlined goals.
What I've done.
EXPERIENCE
Where my career has taken me so far is a direct result of the places I have worked, and the people I have worked with. The diverse background I carry helps give me an edge in athlete care.
ATHLETICS
As an under-sized centerman for the Ontario Tech Ridgebacks from 2014-2018, the game came with it's bumps and bruises. For me, the game never started when the puck dropped on game night, but rather the days and nights leading up to puck drop. Believing in and trusting the process that helped prepare me to succeed and perform at my highest level became my focus. That allowed me to compete at a high level.
EDUCATION & PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE
While obtaining an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Ontario Tech University; the combined experience of being a varsity athlete, strength coach, and athletic therapy placement student gave a high-powered look into the life of an athletic medical staff member. Combining these experiences shaped the career today.
INSTRUCTING
After graduating from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage, being hired as a TA was a large part of the continuation of learning. After onboarding and training, the move to Sessional Instructor for Clinical Assessment and Remedial Exercise courses, and Clinic Instructor for Student and Sports Clinic has increased time spent spear-heading the students' experiences.
